Whole grain pasta with pumpkin seed protein

  • Whole wheat spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 beefsteak tomato
  • 250g tofu (optionally smoked tofu)
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin protein
  • 1 tablespoon hemp protein
  • herbs of your choice
  • some curry powder
  • some chili powder
  • salt & pepper

Boil whole grain spaghetti until they are al dente. Cut tofu into small cubes. Mix salt, pepper, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp pumpkin protein and 1tbsp hanf protein curry powder and marinate the tofu – if you like it hot, add some chili. Cut a tomato into small cubes and sauté briefly with the marinated tofu. Add fresh herbs and mix with the spaghetti. Add pumpkin seeds as a topping. ⁠Bene!⁠
