
Whole grain pasta with pumpkin seed protein
Method
Boil whole grain spaghetti until they are al dente. Cut tofu into small cubes. Mix salt, pepper, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp pumpkin protein and 1tbsp hanf protein curry powder and marinate the tofu – if you like it hot, add some chili. Cut a tomato into small cubes and sauté briefly with the marinated tofu. Add fresh herbs and mix with the spaghetti. Add pumpkin seeds as a topping. Bene!
