Vanilla Overnight Oats

  • 100g oatmeal
  • 150ml hot water
  • 100ml oat milk
  • 150g soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp PURYA! Protein drink strawberry-vanilla
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat, sprouted
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 1 fig

Mix the oatmeal with the protein powder and then add the hot water.
Let it soak briefly, then add the oat milk, chia seeds, soy yoghurt and date syrup. Well
Stir and place in the refrigerator overnight.

The next morning, thaw the raspberries and serve with the overnight oats and the sprouted
Layer buckwheat. Slice the fig and serve with the oats.
