
Hummus with pumpkin protein
Method
Drain 150g chickpeas. Add 1 tbsp Inner Light, ½ tbsp tahini, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp pumpkin puree, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper to the chickpeas and stir in the mixer until a creamy consistency is obtained. Top with olive or pumpkin oil and enjoy!
