Vegan yeast plaits

10g fresh yeast
15g coconut blossom sugar
150ml soy milk
200g flour
50g banana baobab powder
a pinch of salt
30g margarine

Dissolve the yeast and coconut blossom sugar (or other sugar alternative) in the soy milk. The best way to do this is to heat it slightly in a saucepan. Then mix with the flour and our PURYA banana baobab protein drink and a pinch of salt and knead well. Add the margarine and knead well for another 10 minutes until the dough has a smooth surface. Then let it rest for about 30 minutes.
