  • 1 cup coconut milk (250 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons PURYA! Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (g., maple, date or rice syrup) (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon PURYA! Moringa Leaf Powder (optional)*
  • ½ fresh mango
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mandarin or orange
  • ½ fresh carambola

Pour the coconut milk into a medium bowl, add the chia seeds and whisk vigorously. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight. Stir again after 20 minutes to make sure that the chia seeds don’t stick together.

When the pudding has thickened add the moringa powder and the sweetener and stir to combine. Place the pudding in a bowl and top with the fruit. Serve immediately and enjoy.
