Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (100g)
- 1 tablespoon PURYA! Hemp Protein
- 1 cup plant milk (g., almond, rice, hemp, cashew, soy) 250 ml
- 1 tablespoonSprouted Flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (e.g., maple or date syrup)
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
TOPPINGS
- One handful walnuts (raw or toasted)
- 1–2 fresh pears
- 1–2 teaspoonsPURYA! Sprouted Buckwheat
- Pomegranate seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
Method
Place all the ingredients in a container and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight. Divide into servings and sprinkle with your favourite toppings.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
