  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts (50g)
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 pinch cardamom

Using a food processor, grind the hazelnuts into flour. Add the remaining ingredients and process for 1 minute until a sticky dough forms. Line a small rectangular form with cling film and distribute the mixture.

Shape 4 bars and press firmly into the bottom of the form. Smooth the top with a spoon. Refrigerate for 1 hour and consume within 5 days. Keep the bars in the fridge or freezer.

Comment: Balls can be formed instead of bars.
