Hemp Sweet Potato Balls with Hemp-Protein
Method
Peel, wash and cut the sweet potatoes into large pieces.
Simmer everything in the vegetable broth with medium heat for about 20 minutes (with closed lid). Set aside when the sweet potato is tender.
Rub the carrots finely, peel and dice the onion and add the PURYA hemp protein.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Then stir everything and mash it with a fork or a potato masher.
Shape the mass into balls (approx. 30 pieces) and fry in a bit of oil until they become golden brown. This goes well with vegan mayonnaise or homemade guacamole as a dip!
