-80g wheat flour
-20g PURYA Super Greens
-100ml sparkling water
-A splash of lemon juice
-Pepper powder, salt, pepper, parsley and chives
Topping:
-4 radishes
-3 mushrooms
-3king oyster mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
-1 onion
-1 clove of garlic
-1 tablespoon of Creme Fraiche vegan
-1TL Super Greens
-Salt, pepper
Method
Mix all ingredients into a smooth, relatively fluid dough. Fry the golden brown pancakes in a well-coated pan with a little margarine
Topping: Chop the vegetables and put them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Steam briefly and season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, season the vegan creme fraiche as you like and pour it onto the pancakes. Finally, put the vegetables on top and let them taste!
