Detox Chia Jam With Blueberries
One medium-sized jar
Wash the blueberries, dry and place in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until creamy. Transfer the jam to a jar. Garnish with mint and orange zest, if desired. Serve on bread, as a topping on porridge or bircher muesli or as a cake filling or other desserts.
Will keep in the fridge for 2 days!
