BOWL WITH QUINOA, EDAMAME, AVOCADO AND FRESH SALAD

100g fresh baby spinach
200g cooked quinoa
150g Edamame (cooked short)
1 avocado
dressing
2 El Tahini
1-2 tsp PURYA! Moringa
Leaf powder
2 tbsp lime juice
fresh coriander
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes

For the dressing mix all ingredients with a little water in a blender. Season it with salt, pepper and a little chilli to taste. Boil the quinoa. In the meantime, blanch the Edamame briefly in a little bit of  salt water for 2-3 minutes and let it drain. Core the avocado and cut into thin slices. Then clean the salad. Arrange everything on a plate or in a bowl and pour the dressing over it and season with salt, pepper and a little chilli flakes
