Makes 1 small cake
- ½ cup raisins/sultanas (50g)
- 1 tablespoon PURYA! Sunflower Protein
- 3 tablespoonsPURYA! Detox Blueberry Jam (see recipe: Detox Chia Jam with Blueberries)
- Fresh fruit
Start with the crust. Blend the raisins and sunflower protein until a sticky dough is formed, about 1 minute. Wet your hands and press the dough into a small coated tart pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare the blueberry jam, if necessary.
Once the crust has cooled and firmed up, remove it from the tart pan. Fill with the blueberry jam and decorate with fruit.
