Apricot and coconut shake

  • 2 apricots
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp PURYA rice protein
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 10 basil leaves

Wash the apricots and remove the cores. Peel the banana. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix at maximum power for about 45 seconds until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh basil as you wish. Enjoy!
